PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT

1. DEPOSITS All deposits are non-refundable and must be received at the time of booking for your appointment to be confirmed. Natural hair services require a $25 deposit. Extension services require a $50 deposit.

2. EXTENSIONS & MICRO-LOC SERVICES Due to the length of these services, 10:00 AM appointments are strongly preferred. Please select the earliest available appointment whenever possible.

3. EXTENSION SERVICES & CONSULTATIONS Hair is not included with extension services. If you are a first-time extension client, a consultation is required before booking your extension appointment. During your consultation, we'll discuss your natural hair, desired style, and the type and quantity of hair needed to achieve your desired look.

4. GRACE PERIOD All appointments have a 15-minute grace period. Arrivals more than 30 minutes late will need to be rescheduled.

5. SHAMPOO IS INCLUDED Shampoo service is included with loc maintenance and loose natural hair appointments. There is no need to add a separate shampoo service to these appointments.

6. PRICING Listed prices are starting prices and may vary depending on the length and density of your hair, as well as the size and details of your desired style.

7. PLEASE ARRIVE DETANGLED Please arrive for your appointment with your hair completely detangled from tip to root, unless otherwise specified for your service.

8. NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS To maintain a comfortable and focused appointment experience, please do not bring additional guests to your appointment unless they are also receiving a scheduled service.

9. IF YOU ARE SICK, PLEASE RESCHEDULE Please do not schedule or attend an appointment if you are feeling sick. I have children and loved ones whose health I work to protect. If you arrive visibly ill, your appointment will need to be rescheduled.
